Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in program management, contract management, or workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of WIOA Youth requirements and performance measures.
• Staff supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
• Critical thinking and execution.
• Workflow development.
• Data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor staff delivering HGCY services.
• Ensure services meet performance targets and contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison with Workforce Solutions staff.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources.
• Lead continuous improvement and staff development efforts.
• Provide overall leadership, ensure compliance, and act as the point of contact with Workforce Solutions.
