Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements may vary by state and center.
• Experience mentoring and leading staff in ECE preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and culturally responsive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and ensure adherence to licensing standards.
• Coach and mentor teaching staff; provide feedback and observe lessons.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to support enrollment, attendance, and family partnerships.
• Monitor health, safety, and learning environment; ensure staff-to-child ratios.
