Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced UAE Patriot Program Integration Leader to coordinate program teams on sustainment contracts and new business captures. You will drive program cadence, manage risk and opportunities, and align across Patriot Product Line and LTAMDS while guiding CPTs and CAM activities.

You will also support the contract proposal process, engage with customers, and ensure compliance with program management best practices across domestic and international efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent with 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience with program management tools and proposals.
• Familiarity with EVMS and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans per requirements.
• Lead metrics and situational awareness charts for leadership teams.
• Oversee performance assessment and action closure with CAM oversight.
• Manage daily cadence: risk reviews, customer reviews, milestones.
• Support contract proposals, bidding, gating, and definitization.
