Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
  • Advanced proficiency with executive calendars, prioritizing demands, coordinating high-level meetings, and preparing agendas/minutes/briefing packages.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Teams) for correspondence and repositories.
  • Discretion handling sensitive information and professional interfacing with senior military and civilian leadership.
  • U.S. citizen with a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (ADP/IT-II) investigation on file in DISS at offer time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to leadership, including calendars, travel coordination, correspondence, and daily program operations.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, briefing materials, agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations for Government leadership and programs.
  • Coordinate program office communications and administrative workflows among Government and Contractor personnel and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office workflows, and organizational efficiency and provide recommendations.

Job description

CRG is seeking a Program Analyst to support the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Government Blue List Program Office on the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services contract. The Program Analyst facilitates efficient program operations and is not responsible for Contractor personnel management or overall contract performance unless specifically delegated by the CPM.

This role provides executive and administrative support to the Government Blue List Program Manager and program leadership, including calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, and maintenance of program documentation and repositories.

The ideal candidate will have strong executive-support experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the discretion to handle sensitive information while interfacing with senior military and civilian leadership.

Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Government Blue List Program Manager and program leadership, including management of calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, and supporting daily program office operations
  • Prepare executive correspondence, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and other documentation supporting Government leadership and program activities
Program Office Coordination
  • Support the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Government Blue List Program Office, facilitating efficient program operations
  • Coordinate program office communications and administrative workflows among Government personnel, Contractor personnel, and external stakeholders, as applicable, to facilitate effective information sharing and program execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office workflows, and organizational efficiency and provide recommendations to the Government
Records & Travel Management
  • Coordinate and maintain program office calendars, meeting schedules, action item trackers, decision logs, travel trackers, suspense items, and other administrative records necessary to support Government program management
  • Coordinate Government travel activities, including preparation, tracking, and reporting of travel authorization requests and associated travel documentation, as applicable
  • Organize, maintain, and manage program documentation, electronic repositories, administrative records, and office workflows to ensure information is current, accurate, and readily accessible
  • Monitor recurring administrative requirements, suspense dates, and action items and provide timely status updates to Government leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related administrative/analytical field (equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in managing executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands, coordinating high-level stakeholder meetings, and preparing professional meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing packages
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for tracking, Word for document formatting, and PowerPoint for leadership briefings) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams) to manage correspondence and program repositories
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (ADP/IT-II) investigation on file in DISS at the time of offer
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating destination travel itineraries and maintaining a centralized, real-time travel tracker for program personnel
  • Familiarity with federal travel regulations and experience assisting with the administrative preparation and processing of Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) or utilization of systems like the Defense Travel System (DTS)
