Job summary

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, seeks a Program Integrator, Level 3 in Annapolis Junction, MD to serve as the primary liaison updating funding and schedule status for the FY Annual work plan, coordinating with Budget leads, PMs and senior leaders.

The role requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph. Responsibilities include funding research, tracking I&L status, maintaining data repositories, and guiding contract lifecycle within DoD programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• PMI PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area may substitute for a degree, with 3 extra years of related experience.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 3 years of directly related experience for a total of 18 years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred; intermediate MS Excel is required with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the FY Annual work plan (357+ funded requirements, spend plans, project managers, resource planning documents).
• Conduct funding research (ARCHIBUS/FACTS).
• Track and report I&L funding status.
• Align and allocate customer incoming funds (execution authority).
• Maintain Key data repositories (Confluence updates, Change Order tracking sheet, shared drive).
• Coordinate with Project Managers.
• Serve as the primary liaison (Budget leads, PMs, senior leaders) to update funding/schedule status.
• Construction-contract expertise (construction processes, Bottom-line Cost Estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Contract award lifecycle).

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management. Liieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
