Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3 in Laurel/Annapolis Junction. Active TS/SCI with Poly is required. The role supports program managers and PEO leadership, analyzing and reporting health of programs and portfolios.

You will draft SOWs, PMPs, risk plans, and acquisition strategies; prepare execution reports and presentations; coordinate with PMs and budget leads; work on construction cost estimates and IGCEs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial mgmt experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in business or technical field.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA III with 3 extra years experience (total 15) may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, additional 2 years of related experience (total 18) may be substituted.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the FY Annual work plan (357+ funded requirements, spend plans, project managers, resource planning documents).
• Conduct funding research (ARCHIBUS/FACTS).
• Track and report I&L funding status.
