Job summary

Akina Inc. seeks a Program Integrator to assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining program baselines.

The role focuses on monitoring the health of programs and portfolios, and performing analyses to minimize cost and risk while ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate has fifteen years of combined DoD program management, contract management, or financial management experience, with a degree in business or a technical field, or an equivalent PMI/CPCM/DAWIA

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management are required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP/CPCM certification or DAWIA Level III in any focus area plus 3 additional years of related experience may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of related experience may be substituted.

Description:

The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.

Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

• Assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs.
• Monitor and report on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks.
• Verify initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Position Required Skills:

Position Desired Skills:

• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program

PI4 Qualifications:

Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.

In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.

Salary Range: $196k-$240k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
