Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex IT programs.
• 4+ years supervising or leading dispersed teams.
• U.S. Citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience developing and delivering communications with senior executives and direct accountability for managed activities.

Responsibilities

• Overall programmatic responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance of a portfolio of projects.
• Manage a matrixed team delivering cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Lead across a geographically dispersed organization and oversee processes/tools for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Interface with NMCI Operations and Engineering Directors to align resources.
• Manage subcontract relationships and drive contract growth with senior government and industry partners.
