Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Cycle Administration: Prepare, process, and submit invoices for funding sources (federal/state/local government contracts, grants, reimbursements, fee-for-service, tuition-based programs). Track timelines and reconcile with data.
• Purchasing & Expense Administration: Process purchases, vendor payments, and reimbursements; manage participant support funds (transportation, tools, tuition, emergency aid) and ensure alignment with funder rules.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure activities comply with grant/contract requirements and internal controls; maintain complete documentation for audits and verify participant eligibility.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on billing, receivables, and expenditures; monitor spending trends and forecast program costs.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Use finance and case management systems; improve workflows and strengthen controls over participant assistance.
