Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or related degree with 2+ years of financial work experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, VBA macros, etc.).
• US citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to program requirements for NIC Division; interface with program managers and CAMs.
• Analyze cost data and prepare program financial reports for internal/external customers.
• Support cost estimate development, invoicing, customer proposals, negotiations, and audits.
• Forecast financial statements, AOP, and Labor Resource Plan for the program.
• Identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks; perform Earned Value Management tasks.
