Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Sacramento, CA or Chantilly, VA is seeking a Business Management Analyst to provide financial analysis and program support. You will collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters and support cost reporting and forecasts.

The role requires a bachelor's (or master’s) in a related field, Excel expertise, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A 9/80 schedule is offered where available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with 2+ years of financial work experience or a Master’s degree.
• Basic understanding of Government Compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, VBA macros).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• US citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support to programs in the NIC Division and report to the Department Manager.
• Interface with program managers and CAMs to provide financial analysis to meet program requirements.
• Analyze cost data to prepare program financial reports and support cost estimates, invoicing, and audits.
• Forecast financial statements, the AOP, and the Labor Resource Plan for the program.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including PMB, EAC, and status reports.
