ICR, Inc. is hiring a Program Finance Manager in Mason, OH–a key role supporting contract accounting, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting for a fast-paced government-focused portfolio. The candidate will work closely with Contract Managers and Program Managers to ensure all financial requirements are met.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge, plus eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the areas of contract accounting and reporting, monthly invoicing, forecasting/budgeting, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting to management, and purchasing compliance.
