ICR is hiring motivated Software Engineers at multiple levels to support development of mission‑critical Combat Assessment applications. Position Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ICR is an employee‑owned technology company delivering software solutions for the U.S. Government. Software Engineers on the Combat Assessment Development team design, develop, integrate, and maintain capabilities that support operational workflows. Responsibilities include implementing new features, developing automations and models, analyzing customer requirements, and providing onsite technical expertise. The role requires creativity, initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve complex mission challenges. Some travel may be required.
