Job summary

ICR, Inc. is hiring a Program Finance Manager in Mason, OH–a key role supporting contract accounting, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting for a fast-paced government-focused portfolio. The candidate will work closely with Contract Managers and Program Managers to ensure all financial requirements are met.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge, plus eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Eligible for and able to obtain a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI access.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or equivalent accounting software.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and month-end/year-end close procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Materials invoices in tandem with the production of Program Manager reports.
• Track expenses and charged hours against direct projects; responsible for accounts receivable and tracking payments on contracts.
• Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with Government contracting travel regulations.
• Direct communication with Program Managers regarding project status and forecasting; prepare ad hoc financial reporting.
• Track budget/funding status and assist Contracts Manager with contracts and modifications.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Assist in pricing build-up and cost proposal development for new bid and proposal efforts.
• Analyze current and past financial data; prepare reports and projections; identify trends and provide models.
