Position Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ICR is a rapidly growing employee-owned company focused on delivering innovative solutions to the U.S. Government’s hardest problems. Join our Combat Assessment application development team to help build the next generation of mission technologies that support national security.
ICR is seeking experienced Multi-INT analysts and developers to join our Combat Assessment Mission Systems Integration Engineering team. Stationed at corporate locations with regular travel to customer sites, this team supports local operational requirements while integrating Combat Assessment capabilities with Intelligence Community and DoD tools, services, and data.
The Mission Systems Integration Engineering team develops and integrates capabilities into Combat Assessment workflows, translates customer needs into actionable development tasks, and provides onsite expertise through scripts, models, automations, and other technical approaches that close mission-limiting capability gaps. Ideal candidates are broad in their intelligence experience, highly motivated, and skilled at solving complex operational problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within small teams are essential.
Travel may be required for exercises, surge events, and other customer support needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience).
