Fisica, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Program Finance to lead seven program finance analysts across four business units in Simi Valley, CA. You will manage the program’s financial plan, perform analyses, and ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive related experience and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Travel up to 10% and 100% onsite work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years related experience; Graduate Degree with at least 7 years; In lieu of a degree, 13+ years related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage seven program finance analysts across four business units.
• Oversee budgets, financial planning, and program forecasts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and analyses.
• Ensure adherence to Finance policies and contracts cost controls.
• Provide training and development for staff on EVMS and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with program managers and cross-functional teams on financial deliverables.
