Job summary

You will partner with Program Managers to establish financial plans, oversee budgets, and deliver timely financial analyses in support of contracts and government cost controls. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience, readiness to obtain security clearance, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years related experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage seven program finance analysts across four business units.
• Partner with Program Managers to establish and maintain financial plans.
• Prepare budgets, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Provide weekly/monthly financial reporting and insights on cost and schedule.
• Forecast monthly and long-range financial performance including orders, revenue, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with government cost control guidelines.
• Coach and develop staff and implement process improvements.
