Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Finance Manager with a proven track record of driving process improvements, delivering against internal customer and audit requirements, and building strong partnerships across key functional stakeholders.

This role partners closely with program management teams to analyze and assess the financial position of an entire product line, while also leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in program finance; or 7+ years with graduate degree; or 13+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with CP/FP/T&M contracts and multiple contract types.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Provide leadership to finance professionals to support business objectives.
• Assess risks and opportunities related to orders, sales, profit, and cash.
• Support the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan development.
• Ensure business financial goals and commitments are achieved.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Identify staffing and resource needs to support team objectives.
• Support internal and external customer deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform financial analysis and ensure contracts operate within terms and cost controls.
