Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience (or 16+ years via experience in lieu of degree).
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review the work of a team of Program Finance Analysts, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
• Partner with Program Management to establish and maintain program financial plans aligned with objectives.
• Drive financial strategy across programs with focus on Orders, Revenue, Profit and Cash.
• Own and oversee core program finance deliverables, including external reports and internal forecasts.
• Assess cost/schedule/technical status and risk, evaluate trends, and help derive cost completion estimates.
• Lead development of quarterly EACs and weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance reports.
