Job summary

Responsibilities include developing time-phased budgets, EV data reporting, EAC/ETC analyses, ensuring compliance with AC-13/PM-05, and guiding leaders on financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience accepted.
• Experience with EV, cost accounting, and earned value management is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program financials including time-phased budgets and EV reporting.
• Develop quarterly EACs; analyze ETC, EAC, and LRE projections.
• Ensure EAC adherence to AC-13 and PM-05 policies; implement corrective actions.
• Create and review time-phased budgets; track metrics and milestones; report variances.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Technical Leads, and leadership on financial performance.
• Shape strategies to achieve program financial goals for Programs, Proposals, and Reviews.
• Partner with IPTs to baselining, ETC, and change management processes.
• Navigate multiple priorities with limited supervision and drive timely resolution.
