Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior program finance experience.
• Graduate degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Experience with CP/FP/T&M contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Provide leadership to finance professionals to support business and program objectives.
• Assess and quantify business risks and opportunities related to orders, sales, profit, and cash.
• Support development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure business financial goals and commitments are achieved.
