Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Lead, Program Finance to partner with program managers and cross-functional teams. You will develop and maintain the program's financial plan, perform analyses, forecast cash flow, and ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost controls.

The role requires extensive expertise in EVMS, cost/control processes, and the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years of experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years if no degree.
• Experience with EVMS, EAC, variance analysis, funding profiles, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support major programs including Cost Plus/Fixed Price with EVMS reporting.
• Prepare EV deliverables and variance analysis for internal management and customer.
• Change management, EAC analysis and reporting.
• Orders, Revenue, Operating Income, and PWC forecasting and analysis.
• Interface with management, Program Office and functional departments to support programs.
• Audit support.
• Monitor and control cost and ensure budget adherence.
