Qualifications

• 5 years in program execution, operations management, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives with milestone ownership.
• Ability to translate large initiatives into operational rollout plans.
• Ability to work with Product, Policy, Global Platform, Engineering teams.
• Identify blockers, manage ambiguity, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Excellent communication with structured progress updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of major organization-wide programs with clear milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with Global Platform Responsibility and Policy teams for alignment.
• Translate large initiatives into operational plans and actions across LoBs.
• Ensure rollout readiness, issue tracking, and post-launch follow-up.
• Surface risks and dependencies early; drive resolution with escalation as needed.
• Embed Operational Excellence and Automation to scale processes.
