Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Planning and Performance professional to drive business planning, performance management, and governance within Operations Excellence and Automation. You will translate priorities into plans, targets, and accountable actions, serving as the front door for operational priorities.

You will collaborate with LoBs, WFM, QA, Product and Policy, build planning frameworks, and embed excellence thinking to scale operations while maintaining safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years (Senior) or 3 years (Junior) in operations, business planning, performance management, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear statements, decision frameworks, and priorities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Ops leaders, WFM, QA, Product and Policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and prioritization of operational pain points and business needs with LoBs, translating into structured workstreams.
• Define planning frameworks, target logic, success measures, and baselines with Ops leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and run performance governance, including cadence reviews and issue escalation.
• Identify performance gaps and risks, turning them into recommendations and action plans.
• Align with LoB leaders, WFM, QA, Reporting & Insight, and partners to ensure executable plans.
• Embed Operational Excellence and Automation thinking to simplify workflows and improve scalability.
