TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & HR Program Manager to design and deliver people programs within a defined business area. You will partner with HRBPs, managers, and COEs to improve team effectiveness and support core HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes project management, structured problem solving, and strong communication across HR and business stakeholders to drive change and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across HR and business stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs and stakeholders to understand team needs and priorities.
• Design and execute organizational effectiveness initiatives (e.g., talent density roadmap, co-location strategy).
• Coordinate and deliver HR programs (OE, OC/EB) with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Support core people cycles such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce planning.
• Develop tools, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and user experience across HR.
