Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Program Evaluation, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or applied research with multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience developing evaluation reports, dashboards, and research products for internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Excel; ability to join and reconcile datasets.
• Qualitative analysis and survey platforms experience (Qualtrics) and dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a TTA evaluation strategy across modalities (live, asynchronous, cohort-based).
• Ensure data can be reported by Objective, Modality, Topic, and funding stream.
• Export, clean, and transform data from event platforms, Qualtrics, iMIS, and other systems.
• Create evaluation reports and presentations for grant reporting and internal stakeholders.
• Lead data visualization using Power BI and dashboarding tools.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external stakeholders to align evaluation approaches.
• Track projects, milestones, and deliverables for funder reporting.
