The National PCA Hub is an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration and resource sharing for the collective benefit of all Health Centers and Primary Care Associations (PCA) across the nation, representing the most comprehensive, trusted, and enduring technical assistance (TA) infrastructure supporting the Health Center Program.
POSITION ROLEThe Performance Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of the performance measurement and evaluation framework for the Operational Excellence NTAP Cooperative Agreement. This role ensures rigorous tracking of all objective targets, including financial sustainability, staffing and utilization metrics, workflow optimization indicators, and HIT modernization outcomes. The Performance Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive evaluation plan aligned with the NTAP Project Work Plan, HRSA reporting expectations, and quartile-based performance improvement requirements. This role collaborates closely with the Project Director, TA Director, Program Managers, Communications & Engagement Manager, and TA Subject Matter Experts to ensure data-driven decision-making informs technical assistance design and refinement.
