Job summary

VOAMASS is seeking a Program Director for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program to manage Cape Cod and the Islands. The role oversees staff, ensures program compliance, and drives outreach to veterans at risk of homelessness.

You will lead service delivery, build partnerships with community partners, and monitor performance against funder requirements, while guiding staff and maintaining VOAMASS standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant case management experience with veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
• Five years of management experience in homeless services, including supervision, budgeting, contract monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise SSVF case managers and staff.
• Develop policies and procedures for training, supervision, and monitoring of outreach activities.
• Lead outreach to identify homeless veterans and connect them to SSVF services.
• Ensure compliance with SSVF requirements and VOAMASS policies.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, hospitals, and veteran services; strengthen referral pathways.
• Monitor program performance and report outcomes to funders and regulators.
