Job summary

Eden House, a ministry of First Naples Church in Naples, FL, seeks a Program Director to lead trauma-informed services for women recovering from exploitation. You will supervise staff, guide program design, and ensure effective delivery of care and safety.

This role requires MSW or related field, at least five years in behavioral health, strong leadership, and experience with volunteers. You will partner with community partners and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work (MSW) or related field with 5+ years in behavioral health/residential care.
• Extensive experience in therapy and/or case management.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Experience with volunteers and volunteer training.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and trauma-informed practices.
• Lead strategic planning and program evaluation.
• Manage intake and onboarding of new participants.
• Coordinate volunteers and monitor budget/cash flow.
• Oversee maintenance of the facility.
