Job summary

Eden House, a ministry supported by First Naples Church, seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, fundraising, and program oversight. The ED will report to the Eden House Advisory Board and church leadership, guiding strategic growth and ensuring program excellence with strong financial stewardship.

The role requires experience in senior management, fundraising success, and a trauma-informed, faith-aligned approach to care, supported by a capable leadership team and board.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 5 years of senior management experience.
• Proven leadership, administration, and fundraising experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and fund development.
• Faith-based alignment with Eden House and First Naples Church.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for EH and its growth.
• Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and communications with stakeholders.
• Engage volunteers, donors, and partner organizations to support mission.
• Lead program staff and ensure program excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with the EH Advisory Board and church leadership.
