Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a Program Director to supervise Lester Place programs, provide strategic leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes managing budgets, supervising staff, and developing crisis plans to support youth and families.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology and at least three years of youth/adolescent experience, with supervisory responsibilities.

• At least 3 years of youth/adolescent experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing budgets and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and supervision of Lester Place programs.
• Ensure census and contract compliance.
• Manage budgets, billing, and monthly variance reports.
• Develop crisis plans and provide after-hours coverage.
• Coordinate case management duties in compliance with regulations.
