The Program Director will manage assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise coaches, and foster community engagement to support wrap-around client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation with CTRS certification.
• Experience leading teams and managing programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and patient with a focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise Brain Balance program delivery to meet goals.
• Assess clients' sensory-motor, cognitive, social, and behavioral functioning.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and assessment of individualized plans.
• Train and supervise coaches and coordinators.
