Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, or a related field is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with children in educational, therapeutic, or developmental settings.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individualized programming and ensure Brain Balance standards are delivered in every session.
• Review assessment data, monitor progress, and lead family progress meetings to build trust.
• Supervise, train, and mentor program coaches and staff.
• Conduct regular program and session audits to maintain high quality.
