Qualifikationen

5 - 10 years of experience providing leadership and directorial oversight for a federally funded TRIO Talent Search program or a nonprofit program with a similar mission.

Aufgaben

Oversee day-to-day operations, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of all aspects of the Talent Search North program.
Oversee communication and marketing of the program to schools, students, and parents.
Report to the Executive Director on program administration and progress.
Collaborate with administrators in targeted schools to facilitate outreach.
Promote the program and coordinate recruitment and selection of participants.
Hire, supervise, and develop program staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement data collection and evaluation instruments for program impact.
Prepare and submit required reports including APR to USDE.
