Responsibilities

Program Administration: oversee day-to-day operations, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the Talent Search Central program.
Outreach and Recruitment: collaborate with PG County Public Schools to facilitate community outreach and coordinate recruitment and selection of participants.
Leadership and Supervision: provide leadership, supervise staff, and maintain relationships with the Prince George's County Board of Education.
Data Management and Reporting: develop data collection and evaluation instruments; prepare the Annual Performance Report for USDE and internal reports.
