Job summary

The University of Maryland, College Park, invites applications for the Program Director, Talent Search Central, to oversee the Talent Search Central program in Prince George's County. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten years of experience in education or youth work.
• Five years of supervisory or managerial staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Talent Search Central operations and evaluation.
• Oversee outreach, marketing to schools, and recruitment of participants.
• Lead staff supervision and collaboration with the Executive Director.
