Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of experience working in education or with youth.
• Five (5) years of experience supervising or managing professional staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and evaluation of the Talent Search Central program.
• Oversee outreach, recruitment, and marketing to schools, students, and parents.
• Develop program marketing materials and supervise events including college visits and STEM immersion.
• Develop and implement data systems to support federal reviews and APR reporting.
• Manage budget planning and reporting with the Executive Director.
