Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PT, OT, SLP or RN or healthcare management required.
• Current clinical licensure as required by state regulations.
• 3+ years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are strongly required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care.
• Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis.
