Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy seeks a Program Manager (Program Director) for our Palos Verdes Estates facility. This full-time, in-person leadership role runs daily operations, ensures policy compliance, and delivers high-quality care coordination.

The position requires a dynamic leader with the ability to train staff, manage schedules, oversee safety, and maintain logs. You’ll work closely with nurses and the medical team, guiding staff through DHCS and JCAHO standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold RADT (minimum) or higher level certification (CADC) and CPR.
• Experience operating a DTX/RTC facility.
• Knowledge of DHCS and JCAHO regulations.
• Tech-savvy with solid computer/software skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Train new and existing staff including medical team members.
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain logs and compliance documentation.
• Act as go-to person for staff in a fast-paced environment.
