Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Director in California to lead and coordinate the rehabilitation program. You will ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and timely reporting, guiding the program toward recovery-focused outcomes.

The role requires regulatory knowledge, a bachelor’s degree or nursing/clinical licensure, and prior mental health program development experience. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet regulatory educational standards.
• Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician with at least two years in a mental health setting, one year in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
