Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy in Palos Verdes Estates, California, seeks a Program Executive (Director) for full-time, in-person work. You must be at the facility every Saturday, with long hours and on-call duties.

• Must have a California driver's license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Train all staff including BHTs and medical team members.
• Oversee compliance, safety, clinical, and facility operations.
• Manage scheduling, hiring, vehicle maintenance, and inventory.
• Ensure logs and compliance paperwork are completed with the help of a Compliance Consultant.
• Be the go-to person for staff; lead in a demanding, on-site environment.

We are looking to hire an experienced individual with a passion for recovery (12 step model) who is up for a challenge!

The job is demanding and requires long hours at the facility and to be on call when not at the facility. In other words, you must have an extreme passion for this work.

Starting pay is $95,000 with performance-based $5,000 increases every 6 months for a total of $105,000 at the one year mark (contingent upon performance).

Job Duties

This dynamic and complex role involves a wide variety of elements. We are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking skills who can quickly solve problems and implement solutions. In general, you will responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and followed by all staff. You'll be responsible for training all new and current staff including the BHT's and the medical team members such as Nurses.

You will have authority over all staff and be responsible for all elements of the facility: Compliance, safety, clinical, medical, program schedule, staff schedule, hiring, staff accountability, vehicle maintenance, facility maintenance, food ordering and food storage, inventory, and more!

Note: we have a Compliance Consultant who completes all formal compliance documents and is available to help. You are responsible for ensuing logs are completed and compliance related paperwork such as temperature logs, fire drills, monthly rounds, vehicle inspections etc. is completed by staff at the facility.

You will be to go-to person for the staff. This position is much more than a 40 hour per week job. The staff will be calling you when you are not at the facility.

Clarification

this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to train staff to understand and follow company policies and procedures. This is a Management position.
