Job summary

Thrive People & Strategy in Palos Verdes Estates, California, seeks a Program Executive (Director) for full-time, in-person work. You must be at the facility every Saturday, with long hours and on-call duties.

Starting pay is $95,000 with $5,000 raises every six months, totaling $105,000 at one year, contingent on performance. You will train staff, enforce policies, and oversee all facility operations, including compliance, safety, clinical matters, scheduling, hiring, vehicle upkeep, and

Qualifications

High-energy and goal-oriented mindset with a coachable attitude.
Must know how to tie shoelaces. You will be tested.
Valid RADT (minimum) or CADC and CPR certifications required.
Experience operating a DTX/RTC facility and knowledge of relevant regulations.
Tech savvy with computers and Microsoft products; familiarity with Kipu.
Excellent people skills and ability to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Must have a California driver's license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Train all staff including BHTs and medical team members.
Oversee compliance, safety, clinical, and facility operations.
Manage scheduling, hiring, vehicle maintenance, and inventory.
Ensure logs and compliance paperwork are completed with the help of a Compliance Consultant.
Be the go-to person for staff; lead in a demanding, on-site environment.
