Job summary

ServiceNet Inc. is seeking a Program Director in Greenfield, MA to lead a residential program using Positive Behavior Support strategies. This full-time, on-site role requires overseeing daily operations, staffing, licensing compliance, and program development to ensure safe, meaningful lives for individuals served.

The role entails coordinating staff, crisis response, budget and safety oversight, and ongoing program improvement in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Able to pass background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Assist with start-up of the program, setting up housing, staffing, and program development.
• Oversee program operations including licensing compliance.
• Teach and model staff techniques.
• Manage daily welfare and safety of individuals served, including nutrition and medical services.
• Oversee individual money management needs.
• Respond to crisis via 24-hour on-call system.
• Arrange coverage when staff is unavailable.
• Participate in team meetings and reviews.
• Develop individualized goals and safety plans.
• Hold regular program meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications.
• Perform other programmatic duties as directed by the Director of Operations.

Program Director – Full Time

Location: Greenfield, MA

Pay Rate: $50,079-$52,139

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
• On-call schedule / rotation
• On-site – Office located at residential program

Position Summary

Using Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies, all DBIS staff are professional team members responsible for supporting each individual’s right to live a safe, enjoyable, meaningful life at home and in the community. As cooperative team members, we support environments that foster creative opportunities for the changing needs and desires of the people we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the start-up of the program, setting up of the house or apartment, furnishing, hiring staff, program development, etc.
• Oversee the overall operation of the program(s) to include licensing regulations.
• Teach and model techniques for staff.
• Manage daily affairs, welfare and safety of the individuals we serve, including nutrition, dress, sleep, medical services, dental services, social services, emergency services as needed, and ensure appropriate day activity and recreational program suited to their needs and abilities.
• Oversee individual money management needs.
• Respond to crisis via the 24‑hour rotating on‑call system.
• Arrange or provide coverage when assigned staff is not available.
• Participate in team meetings; ISP Reviews, Treatment Team reviews, etc.
• Actively develop individualized goals, behavior plans, safety plans, etc.
• Hold regular program meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications.
• Perform all other programmatic needs as assigned/directed by the Director of Operations.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
• Able to pass background screening (CORI).
