Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment center ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
• Oversee admissions, medication services, patient processing, chart preparation and community partnerships.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for patients, families and staff.
• Monitor program performance and manage budget, revenue and expenditures.
• Lead staff meetings, onboarding, supervision and continuous quality improvement.
