Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a Market Director of Operations to lead a geographic network of treatment centers across S Alabama and Georgia. You will develop Program Directors, drive clinical and financial performance, and ensure high-quality patient care in a multi-site healthcare environment.

You will mentor leaders, optimize operations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory standards and organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare operations through transformational change and organizational growth.
• Experience managing treatment or healthcare services across economically and culturally diverse communities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
• Operational and clinical excellence mindset with ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to think strategically about growth while remaining engaged in day-to-day execution.
• Strong financial and P&L acumen.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships within treatment centers and across the organization and community.
• High integrity and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
