PATH is seeking an Associate Director of Programs in Los Angeles, CA to oversee the Outreach Services team. The role involves supervising program managers and direct service staff, ensuring adherence to funding sources, developing budgets, and supporting grant proposals.

Formación

• Four (4) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program activities.
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor program performance against funder requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of program operations under the department director.
• Provide direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with funding contracts and reporting requirements.
• Lead development of budgets, grant proposals, and program workflows.
• Coach staff to meet performance standards and support professional growth.
• Represent PATH in relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PATH Operations, HR, Finance and Program teams.
• Monitor data collection and prepare reports for funders and senior management.
• Conduct staff meetings, evaluate performance, and manage timesheets and attendance.
• Support recruitment, scheduling, and workload planning.
• Foster a culture of social justice and client-centered service.
• Engage in required trainings and participate in meetings and events.
