Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a Director of Programs to oversee strategy and operations for non-clinical programs like outreach, volunteer services, caregiver support, education, and bilingual advocacy in the Los Angeles area.

You will manage program managers, develop new initiatives, and ensure programs meet outcomes and funding goals with leadership collaboration across the foundation.

Qualifications

• Master's in public health, nonprofit management, social work, or related field.
• 7+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years supervising program managers.
• Senior services, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership background.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and people leadership skills.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across 8+ program areas including outreach, advocacy, caregiver support, and education.
• Supervise program managers and ensure each team meets outcome goals.
• Develop new program initiatives in response to community needs and funder interests.
• Lead program evaluation, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Development team on grant strategy and reporting.
• Represent ASF at community meetings, conferences, and policy forums.
