Job summary

Symetria Recovery seeks a Program Director to lead a busy outpatient clinic in Texas, overseeing staff performance, onboarding, and compliance. You will drive patient care quality and staff development in a MAT-focused setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, Texas licensure, and 2+ years in behavioral health. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide a diverse team and maintain regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have current Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and SUD treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is preferred.
• Two+ years of direct patient services in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the clinic’s staff performance.
• Recruit and hire clinic staff and ensure onboarding.
• Monitor performance and complete annual evaluations.
• Address and resolve staff concerns promptly.
• Meet KPIs including patient satisfaction, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
