Job summary

Symetria Recovery in Texas seeks a Program Director to lead a busy outpatient clinic focused on MAT and evidence-based care. You will supervise staff, shape operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.

Candidates bring a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, Texas licensure, and strong leadership capabilities. Experience in SUD treatment and group/individual therapy is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Texas licensure (LCDC/LPC/LPC-S/LMFT/LCSW) or equivalent.
• Two+ years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the clinic’s staff performance.
• Recruit and hire clinic staff and complete onboarding.
• Monitor performance and conduct annual evaluations.
• Address staff concerns and conflicts per policies.
• Manage KPIs including patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure evidence-based care and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs clinical duties as needed and supervises clinical staff.
• Uphold code of conduct and ethics across clinic operations.
• Develop community relationships and promote the clinic’s reputation.
