Job summary

Symetria Recovery in Texas is seeking a Program Director to provide leadership and strategic direction for the clinic's staff and operations. The role includes recruiting, supervising, and evaluating employees, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving high quality care within an outpatient MAT-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a related field, current Texas licensure, and proven experience in behavioral health leadership, performance improvement, and building

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current Texas licensure (LCDC/LPC/LPC-S/LMFT/LCSW) is required for Texas positions.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
• Ability to perform direct patient services and supervision of clinical staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the clinic’s staff performance.
• Recruit and hire clinic staff and complete onboarding.
• Monitor performance evaluations and address staff concerns promptly.
• Meet KPI targets including patient satisfaction and quality of care; ensure compliance.
• Supervise staff and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to company policy.
